Make-up Routine

Make up

Now that i'm done with the skin care routine I'll show you my favorite make up and tricks.

Because my skin is sensitive I struggled a lot to find the right make up. and once more I try to avoid foundation when I go to work to let my skin breath.

My make up base consists of BB cream, foundation if needed, concealer and powder, after that u can use whatever lipstick, eyeliner, eye shadow, blusher or mascara you want, because I don't really have a favorite type, for me I barely use mascara because I tend to wear false lashes almost all the time, it gives you the flawless look without even trying.

So first of all I apply BB cream as it covers my belmishes and moisturize the skin at the same time. And my favorite BB cream is Garnier (Check out the photo below), it's funny cuz I never tried anything else, but this just worked fine and I don't want to change it or try something else. It's not long lasting though but I still love it. It covers my blemishes and even out my skin tone.

-----------------------------------------

Foundations, I have tried many many foundations and I finally figured out the best 2.
My all the time favorite foundation is Estee Louder Double wear (Check out the photo below), this foundation is to die for, my skin become literally flawless when I use it, its long lasting, keeps your skin matte all day and doesn't look cakey at all. And for my type of skin, this foundation contains no acne-causing ingredients, which is why I love it even more.

My 2nd best foundation is Revlon ColorStay (Check out the photo below) . This foundation is one of the best foundations available, providing full natural coverage that lasts all day for a fairly low price. However, I read a lot of reviews before I try it out and many people mentioned that it broke them out, but I decided to try it anyways, so I did and i'm really happy with the result though I use it with caution.

-----------------------------------------

I have recently started using the foundation sponge and I have to say, it's a great invention. Do you ever feel like the brush doesn't blend the foundation well? Do feel that it doesn't give you the natural finish? Well, I'll give you a small tip to blend the foundation in the most natural way. Use a beauty sponge, it will give you a natural finish but also allow you to build up coverage. Wet your beauty sponge, squeeze out any excess water and gently press the foundation into your skin. If you're using a round beauty sponge, use a rolling motion to blend the foundation into your skin. I assure you that it'll give the most natural look.

-----------------------------------------

Concealer. finding the right concealer wasn't really that hard, All we want from a concealer is the matte natural under eye look. And Avon ColorTrend (Check out the photo below) gives me this result all the time. I love it and I've been using it for 2 years now, and I would recommend it to everyone.

-----------------------------------------
Now finding a powder was the hardest mission of all. Compact powder never ever suit my skin, I don't like it and I would never buy it even if its the only option out there, ugh I hate how much it gives this cakey look no matter what you do. So I decided to try loose powder, and that was one hell of a right decision. it's extremely lightweight is what I like about it.

So my favorite loose powder is Clinique Blended face powder (Check out the photo below) with brush. This powder is priceless, I can't say how amazing it is. It sets make up, makes pores seem to disappear. And even if you don't want to use foundation or anything, this powder alone gives you the natural look that you always wanted.
